Formed in 2010, Choc Republic draws on the international Restaurant, Culinary and Hospitality experience of Jana Eastwood.
In 2008 Jana made some simple home-made truffles as a gift for a friend's wedding which went down so well that for a party several months later she made some more for a dinner party which again went down so well that friends were saying 'You so have make a business out of this!'.
With many truffle recipes now in place Choc Republic was at last created in 2010 with two weddings already booked and ever-increasing interest and demand from regional stores, companies and individuals.
